Credits that expire first are consumed before purchased credits. Credit packs are only used after expiring subscription credits and never expire.

Yes, subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Unused credits do not roll over.
Do credit packs expire?
No, credit packs are permanent and never expire. They are only used after your monthly subscription credits are depleted.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier plan at any time. The difference will be prorated and charged immediately.
Can I downgrade my plan?
We don't offer downgrades during active subscriptions. You can cancel and resubscribe to a different plan at any time.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available for first-time paid subscriptions only, within 7 days of purchase, and if less than 10% of credits have been used. Each account and device is limited to one refund. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable. Contact support to request a refund.
