Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Upload malicious code or viruses
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Subscription & Credits

Our subscription plans and credit packages are subject to these terms. Subscription credits expire monthly, while purchased credits never expire. Refunds are available within 7 days for the first paid subscription only, provided credit usage is ≤ 10%.

Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle.
Purchased top-up credit packs never expire.
Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.

Intellectual Property

User Content Rights

You retain all rights to the character images you upload and the AI-generated videos you create using AdConvert. We do not claim ownership over your outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdConvert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform.
